Wrap up that Fish – Rainbow Trout Music Festival

Employee of the Month - Rainbow Trout Music Fest 2009

The first annual Rainbow Trout Music festival has come and gone. By all accounts it was a $uccess. Thanks to Ben, Colin, Luke et el for starting up this cool event and letting us unleash ba$$ on the unsuspecting wild.

The CVO and MC/DJ KNIFE proved to be better at beats than catching fish. We didin’t officially register for the fishing derby (How is one to know?) and were later DQ’d after KNIFE shovel slapped a dead fish.

The bands were good, the weather was great and we’re all recovering from sun burn. Stay tuned to our facebook page for pictures/video etc. Thanks for coming (if you came), thanks for nuthin’ (if you didn’t) che3r$

DEAFWISH – F.R.F.C. – “Pain in the Rain” Result$

DEAF WISH - FRFC - Fight Results
Didn’t make it out of your house on Saturday? You missed a great fight and a not-so-great Blue Bombers game.

Undercard Match – Brad vs. Brian
Brad’s size proved to be the determining factor. With slightly more than 100 pounds on his contender, he swept Brian in a best of seven.

Main Event – Whitedawg vs. Jarod
This was a battle of lifestyle, smoking vs scooter riding, and both fighters struggled to keep their intensity levels up. Whitedawg surprised Jarod with some initial strikes to the kidneys but failed to finish the job. Jarod choked him out in the 3rd round.

Thanks: to Jarod for setting everything up, the competitors, all those who came to see the action and our local police force for dropping by to make sure weren’t breaking the law. Stay tuned for the video!(!&(*@!

Rumors are swirling about a Chivas vs Employee match at the next event.
