Last week, the music portion of the Vice media machine posted ‘@badguybirnie‘s article on some of the louder bands in Winnipeg’s musical past and present. While the term ‘comprehensive’ is a bit of a stretch for the material covered, the article highlights a lot of the bands who’ve been kicking ass and taking names for the past twenty years in our nations favorite frozen shithole.
While the local black shirts were waxing poetic on whether or not the article was gender equal or all inclusive, Lee over at No List Records took it upon himself to start making a playlist to put the emphasis back on the real issue.
The awesome fuckin’ music.
