Straight out of Chicago and reppin’ the Micheal Jordan statue, Vic Mensa is back on this new cut called Wimme Now. Vic is straight on his game and producer Kaytranada absolutely kills the the beat. The last song I heard was Down on My Luck back in April. Unlike that track, Wimme Now aims to shake the clubs in the US instead of the UK.
The first time I listened to it, I felt that the track kinda tailed off at the end. The song is almost 4 minutes long though and the hook is strong enough to make it into the club. I ran the track title through our rap to mennonite translator & spat out “With Me Now“.
